Can you imagine a better setting than our golf club to hold your next meeting?  Timberwolf is very eager and certainly well prepared to host your next event.  Whether it’s a small private company meeting or a large corporate outing, we are here to help ensure its success.  Our staff has a great deal of experience in the service and hospitality industry and will guarantee a great day for you, your guests and your associates.

Our newly renovated clubhouse can accommodate groups of up to 120 people, with the ability to divide the room for smaller groups.  Our extensive menus will meet the needs of the most discriminating palate with a wide selection of different foods available for any meal of the day.  For larger groups, we can do either a buffet-style or a plated service style meal, and for smaller groups you have the option of ordering from our clubhouse menu.  Need a special menu?  Just ask us and we would be pleased to work with you on creating the appropriate taste for your event.

Thinking about golf as a part of the day?  Why not, after all you are at the course and golf is just a few steps away!  Our professional staff can arrange tee times, lessons, even a tournament after your day’s business is complete.

We have many optional services that we offer at no extra charge, including:

-set up of your chosen room

-projector screen

-extra tables for reception

-complete breakfast/lunch/dinner menus, etc.

Are you looking for an outstanding site for a graduation or retirement celebration, a bridal shower, an anniversary, a family reunion or birthday party?  Let us show you how easy planning a party can be.

With a choice of two different facilities (the pavilion, available in the summer months, and the clubhouse, available year-round) we can accommodate groups of almost any size.  Our pre-planned menus make it easy for you to select a meal, either buffet or plated-style, or we can sit down and come up with a customized menu for your special day. 

Dancing and music is not only allowed, but encouraged, and we feature a built-in dance floor in the clubhouse.

"The clubhouse was perfect for our private venue - nothing but compliments - everyone like the surroundings and all raved about the meal.  Guests commented they will recommend the venue for other parties to family and friends.

We were extremely satisfied with the chicken Marseilles buffet, lots of food and dessert.

I can think of no improvements, we were all satisfied.  All the staff were very pleasant and accomodating for anything we required, the bar waitresses were all polite and pleasant.

Jim and Sharon went the extra mile for us so we could have a private party and moved the Friday Night Couples League down to the Pavilion.  We hope to come back for future occasions!"
