Weddings at Timberwolf

What could be a more romantic setting for your wedding than our lush green course, featuring the natural beauty of the Northern Ontario countryside?  Our wedding pavilion offers grand views of our 18^th green and fairway, as well as the private gazebo area, while still retaining the quiet and intimate feeling of a secluded clubhouse.

The wedding pavilion is available during the summer months (May to October) and can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests (the minimum is 80). 

We also feature a smaller, cozier clubhouse which is available year-round and can be rented for groups of 120 guests or fewer. 

Both rooms are very bright and airy, aided by the expanse of windows that overlook the plush golf course during the day and capture the beauty of a Northern sunset in the evening.

You’re not limited to just having your reception with us here at Timberwolf; you may choose to hold your ceremony in our elegant outdoor gazebo, surrounded by beautiful gardens as well as family and friends.  This area also serves as an excellent backdrop for your wedding photos, or you also have the option of traveling to different scenes on the golf course with your photographer (provided the golfers are not disturbed). 

At Timberwolf, we offer all-inclusive wedding packages which make your special day easier to plan than you could ever imagine.  Everything you will need for your reception is included in a per person price.  From the linens to the dinner, the hall rental, staff, chair covers, dinner wine and so much more, we try our best so that all you will have to provide are your decorations.  We have three different packages to choose from (Silver, Gold and Platinum) which offer a full-service wedding plan at three different price points.  You can also feel free to mix and match between the packages.

 

When you book your wedding with us, our events coordinator will be available to assist you in every way possible, answering any questions you might have and offering suggestions to make your special day as easy as possible.  Whether your reception is formal or more casual, we will assist you in selecting the perfect arrangements for you and your guests.  We also provide a number of services that are offered at no extra charge.  We can also help you with hosting your rehearsal dinner or offering a Sunday brunch the day after your wedding.

  In addition to our pre-planned menus, our chef and events coordinator will both be available to plan customized wedding menus for your special day.  Whether you had in mind a specific style of food, a theme you want to follow, or simply a dish that is a personal favourite, please feel free to inquire about creating customized offerings for your wedding.  We also do accommodate for children, allergies, and dietary preferences (ie: vegetarians).
